Here’s how to achieve the best numbing effect:

  1. Clean and dry the skin before applying the cream.

  2. Apply a thick, even layer (do not rub it in).

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it on for 30–60 minutes.

  4. Remove the wrap and wipe off any excess cream before the procedure.
