Not satisfied? Here’s how we handle it:

Use of one tube is allowed:
If you ordered multiple tubes, please open only one to test the product. The remaining tubes must stay unopened and sealed in order to be eligible for return.

14-day return policy:
Received your order but it didn’t meet your expectations? Let us know within 14 days, and we’ll agree on the next steps.

Return unused tubes:
If you decide to return the product, you can send the unused tubes back to us within 14 days. We’ll make sure you receive a refund for your purchase.
